Gym membership
Our fully air-conditioned gym features 30 stations, including a dedicated free weights area and digital TV. We offer a variety of equipment such as treadmills, rowing machines, spin bikes, exercise bikes, lat pull-downs, leg extensions, chest and shoulder presses, and much more. Plus, enjoy the convenience of onsite parking.
We offer two membership plans - Individual (£19.99 per month) or Joint membership (£34.99 per month). Membership is open to over 18s only. The gym's opening hours are
Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 6.00pm
Please note the gym is closed bank holidays and over the Christmas and New Year period (notice will be given).
